      Lilith is a particularly underserved point in astrology because we’re lead to believe it’s tied with the Moon. The Moon is constantly habituating what we feel whether we recognize it or not. As for Uranus and Neptune, they don’t work so personally with us, rather they are more estranged. Most people have no problem identifying their emotions, and that’s what the Moon represents. I think the outer planets are much harder to relate to for this reason.

      The 4th house is the place where you’re meant to not only identify your emotions, but to articulate them. A huge aspect of our private life is understanding what we feel at the comfort of our own time and space. This should mean referencing the past and assimilating those experiences as part of our intuitive guidance.
