Your first house placements involve Chiron and the North Node, which work very similarly in my eyes. While Chiron represents the pain we attract, the North Node represents what we’re afraid to confront... Here in your chart, they work in terms of your identity.
Aquarius is where we’re meant to detach from the collective. This can be misconstrued as an individualist sentiment, which is not far from the truth. However it’s more appropriate to describe this as a sense of departure from the shallow associations to our community, demography, society-- as a leap toward the shared aspects of our reality.
This kind of objective tone is pronounced by the presence of Neptune in the very sign it co-rules. He is specifically dealing with revealing your higher potential. And in sharing that first house with those other two placements, the narrative centers the contribution you will have through realizing healthier identity outside of relationships.
The outer planets always represent a revolution for the larger part of humanity, to transcend its worldly ideals. Your sensibilities with Chiron should bring clarity around what lessons you attract. So you may overcome any fear around your identity... meaning that you shouldn’t be attached to conditional connections. And instead tune into a genuine self-expression that both attracts the right connections and repels what isn’t meant for you.

My Birth Chart
People don’t often include Chiron and much less do they understand Juno so I’m excited to see them here! I find your 12th house very interesting... the placements involved here are narrating a development of your spirituality.
Pluto being the only planet here, carries a lot of weight in terms of the lessons within this house. Of course the relevance would vary depending on which planet rules your life lessons, (which you can discover by connecting to your life path number.) Anyway it stands out to me because, the planet of spiritual rebirth sits within what is considered the house of spirituality.
That is probably the most vague topic of discussion in the world, but when we take a step back toward the grounded aspects of our chart; then we can understand what spirituality can mean with an understanding of our humanity. The confusion comes from people’s unwillingness to even do that for themselves. So most won’t see how the planets rule the signs and in turn rule the houses. Because they have dissonance around their own minds influence over their emotions and of course their very health.
The sign of Sagittarius over your 12th signals to your journey in self-union through the lessons of your Pluto.
The planet of spiritual rebirth is here as a sort of gatekeeper, in that you might connect to deeper aspects of yourself so long as you go beyond what is rational to you. This is meant to unlock the 6th house of your lifestyle... where you’re meant to express a healthier aspect of your duality after having reborn your hidden aspects. Gemini is a sign where we’re supposed to detach from obvious aspects of reality like personal tastes and social conditioning; which is a perfect for playing with new information.
Now I can’t forget to mention: Chiron and Juno! These are presenting you with the magnitude to hold your learned lessons that Pluto activates. I think that you will be witness to your own rebirth because you’re tapped in to your personal pain, specifically the loss of your innocence in a way that serves as an exchange for your higher truth. That is a strength that should enable you to ascend on an everyday level.

It all makes sense 😅🫠
