The only time iv had someone actually help me try something was with food coloring. I guess cuz it changed colors I was nervous about eating it even after it was explained what food coloring was.

This happened when I was little but my therapist got me to eat red frozen yogurt I liked it

Any other time my parents or someone else made me eat something I didn't like.

When I was younger either taste or even smells of certain foods made me gag or v0mit. Thankfully it doesn't bother me but very rare times smells or something will make me nauseous

hate how much is picky eater. want eat more , try more. but is is hard . if texture not right, smell not right, look not right, taste not right, is won’t like it. and think people is not realise, i’m not like be like this. want try new foods, want be able have lot of choices to eat. is would change if could , but is can’t. be like this whole life. it very hard for me and my caretakers.

and is also wish, people took dietary restrictions more seriously. it not a joke , it serious, for some it life or death
