That’s an animatronic for a live spectacular(if I remember right it was first performed in 2015) and they also created hookfang, meatlug and stormfly ones. The whole team did amazing job(check their working process vid on yt I recommend) and it has nothing to do with the live-action movie.

I had a really cute interaction awhile back that I made a comic. I didn’t post it until now cuz wanted to make it into digital but got lazy so I thought that people better see it now than never see it.

Basically me(demo) and blu scout were left alone in the server cuz everyone left and after winning me 2-0 he stopped running and just came to me and started emoting and crouching, I didn’t understand what exactly he wanted at first, but what he actually did was to give all his wins to me so I could win😭🤚 that was so wholesome. We both were f2p not able to speak in the chat so our communication overall was pretty difficult but we played like 3-4 rounds and then I left cuz my laptop was almost dead. I then found the user in steam and subbed to him:3

Pyro: he looks.. he works with fire? I see his fire emblem. I think that he’s a firefighter- *swaps to the next image where pyro stands with his flamethrower* oh. That is not firefighter behaviour. I think… I think he sets on fire other people’s homes. Or any other things.

Sniper: Hm. I don’t know. He looks basic. I think that he’s a cowboy. And he kills people. For money.

Demoman: He’s an alcohol fan, he has that bottle in his hand. And he has these grenades on him, does he blow people up?

Scout: he’s ugly. I think that he works as a advertising man, you know that one that stands on the streets and tries to get people into his shop? I think that he also kills people.

Heavy: oh, he looks strong. He looks like if he punches a big rock the rock will break. I think that he also likes to eat. And he kills people.

Spy: he robs banks? He robs banks and he is very rich. He buys expensive suits and stuff. He never takes off his mask so he also never shaves. And he kills people.

Engineer: a builder? I think he likes to build things. He also got that protection helmet.. why does he wear that glove? Is he hiding something in there like Demoman?(talking about his eye) And he kills people.

Soldier: this guy looks strong. I think that he’s the leader. He also got these grenades on him.. he kills people.
