mayhem crucible has turned into like….nihilistic pvp rn and not in a ‘haha everyones so powerful its chaos!’ way it’s like, the last game I was in some guys were just dancing in the corner, at one point I just started taking selfies with the enemy, a voidwalker on my team was firing infinite nova bombs at the sky, shaxx was crying, just…no one cares anymore, it’s kind of beautiful

12 Days of Destiny!

This year’s been a stinker for me so I want to keep the spirit of the holiday season going and start the new year off right. Introducing the 12 Days of Destiny! Starting December 25th, I’ll post something fun and Destiny-related once a day for twelve days. Some will be nsfw but always tagged. I already have fics written and sketches ready to go but I’ve got a couple of days set apart for special giveaways too!
First, I’m giving away 3 drabbles! Each will be a mininum of 300 words with plots chosen by winners. Because these are quick fics released within the 12 Days of Destiny, there isn’t much time for back and forth conversation with winners so I will only accept prompts featuring canon characters- no ocs. Ghostlings practicing their “you’re my guardian” speech in front of a shiny surface. Ghostlings who watch guardians pass by and imagine them being theirs. Ghostlings who search for hundreds of years and lose their voice when they find their destined partner. Ghosts who seek out the speaker because their guardian is gone, “speaker i can’t find my guardian. Speaker there were so many hive and he threw me and the gate closed. Speaker I don’t know what to do” and then they become silent observers again, like all those years ago, watching ghosts turn up with their newly risen guardians and feeling envy and hate and so much grief.

Readon guardian in destiny didn’t use powers at the tower: Zavala definitely banned it because these dweebs kept killing each other and setting off light shows with genades and it became an unsafe work environment
