Due To The Unfortunate Fact That Straight People Exist, There Is In-fact, Heterosexual Cowboys.
Due to the unfortunate fact that straight people exist, there is in-fact, heterosexual cowboys.
Does that mean they were the majority, absolutely not, but there was at least one of them in existence at some point, so it is in fact real.
As for the others, rafting off a desert island is possible, if it's close to land. Correctly profiling strangers is possible off of sheer dumb luck, so unlikely but possible. Operating a computer without a mouse is possible, but painful.
I have no clue about the IV thing, so I'll just leave it untouched
Torture can get accurate information, but is in no way reliable. Knocking someone out for extended periods of time without adverse affects is possible, but the amount of sheer dumb luck is absurd. As people have pointed out, surface tension will turn water into concrete that will drown you if you don't die upon impact.
ACAB
Things that work in fiction but not real life
torture getting reliable information out of people
knocking someone out to harmlessly incapacitate them for like an hour
jumping into water from staggering heights and surviving the fall completely intact
calling the police to deescalate a situation
rafting your way off a desert island
correctly profiling total strangers based on vibes
effectively operating every computer by typing and nothing else
ripping an IV out of your arm without consequences
heterosexual cowboy

Because there are still people who think that slavery and the Civil War were completely disconnected and that there are people who truly believe that the Civil War was fought over "States Rights" instead of slavery.
There's also the factor that if you trace your ancestry back far enough as an American, you'll probably find an ancestor that fought in the Civil War, and it sucks to think about how great great great (most likely more greats) grandpa fought to preserve slavery.
Ignorance is bliss, and the losers were allowed to write history.
btw its actually crazy that plantation tours are a thing that exist in the u.s. and that theyre not all set up like memorials similar to concentration camp museums like how is this marketed as a chill tourist activity or wedding destination and not extremely disturbing and depressing to see. worthless country
I'm sorry WHAT
