I don't have time to create, I don't have time to draw, I don't have time for recreation. Like recently all my free time has to be used for naps, bc otherwise I won't be able to function. It's nice, sleeping for a long time without being disturbed, but every second I spend asleep is time I could've used for something more fulfilling and fun.
It doesn't help that sleeping is just a small reprieve. I still wake up to the same issues, but with even less time to address them. At least if I wasted time drawing instead, I could get all my negative thoughts out and focus on my work.
