His father Shredder gave him a new name because he had no memory. And OF COURSE it had to be "Cold Blood" and his stupid last name. AND obviously he also gave him a mask that resembles the Rise Shredder skull
Because HE JUST HAD TO SHOW OFF THAT HE ALSO HAS A TURTLE SON, YOSHI! AND HIS IS A CANNIBAL, YOSHI
Working on making that 2012 Shredder-bred Leo story have a design that isn't a copypaste of all those Separated Au designs (where he wears hoods and armor and etc)

THE BLUE PEST AU. summary:
Fallen from the sky, too out of it to understand and too hurt to fight back, a nameless mutant falls into the claws of the Shredder
Or
Following the example of his beloved brother, good old Shredder got himself a emotional support turtle (This is now the second child he steals from Splinter to raise as his own)
The Au is still in pre-production, because obviously this design is not comic-friendly, but I want to show my progress on its look
