i don't like canon eivor because [insert dog shit talking point that's just a reskinned "progressive" version of the same opinion voiced every five fucking seconds by misogynists in the ac twitter tag]

its nice seeing people trying to find like a canonical reason as to why eivor can be both male and female
but its really just bc men cant handle playing as a female character and the devs KNOW that
thats why there has never been a significant stand alone game with a female lead thats more than like
8 hours of story.

(origins is tricky bc you only play as aya for less than or a little over an hour from what i can remember)
either way the women are always ALONGSIDE a man. evie has jacob. aya has bayek. kass has alexios. eivor has male eivor.
its great trying to find a lore based reason as to why eivor has 2 playable genders but it really is just the misogyny of the fanbase
