Ok so I have to admit it... I’m obsessed with this game. Adventures with anxiety is a game made by Nicky Case! and I love everything about it. The music is so crisp and I wish there was a 1 hour version of the main theme, the artstyle is so pretty and creative and I love the sound effects they use. It also gave me a way to be able to represent my anxiety and explain it.
I’m going to be honest with you guys (but I’m pretty sure I’m just talking to myself at this point) since I was small I’ve suffered from a lot of anxiety and lately I’ve been looking for profesional help so I can be better at keeping it at bay. If you ever meet me in real life and you don’t know me you’ll probably think I’m grumpy but I’m usually lost in my thoughts the thing is that they’re not always nice thoughts :/ And this game gave me a new perspective about it, I don’t want to spoil the game if someone wants to have a go for it (the game is completely free and you can find it at the bottom of this post) but I felt really inspired with the ending...
