do your skin care routine every day AND night! your face is the first thing people see. take care of that treasure.

work out 3-4 times a week. start off with 15min workouts unless you feel like you can do more. either way it’s beneficial.

find time to relax. being that bitch is hard work! as human beings we need time to unwind and detox. make time to focus on relaxing your mind, body and soul. your mental health is more important than anything.

have a shower routine. pamper your body with every wash. exfoliate, don’t forget about your feet, etc. this topic can be it’s own post.

get a planner. things may not always go as planned of course but this is a perfect way to keep track of important events, appointments, and whatever else life may try to throw at us. this will also keep you from being too overwhelmed. remember that YOU dictate what happens in your life. make time for what you can.

spoil yourself! you deserve everything you desire. those shoes, your favorite flowers, to eat at that cute cafe all dolled up, that tech you’ve been eyeing, etc. do nice things for yourself, no one can love you better than you can!

get a hobby. what’s something you genuinely enjoy doing? candle making? painting? playing the piano? hobbies are fun and productive. and (in my opinion) better for you than starting at a screen all day.

have fun! let loose! LIVE LIFE! do the things that scare you. dance, party, travel, etc. you deserve to live life to the fullest!

♡ wake up every morning to soft classical music

♡ skincare routine: including a gentle cleanser, toner, moisturizer, serums and face masks

♡ wear a hint of blush and lipgloss; wear white or baby pink nail polish and retouch when chipped

♡ take a rose petal baths

♡ wear a pink satin flowy robe and sweet perfume and relax in bed with vintage films or a good book

♡ have pastries and sweet treats
