So. Funny story.
Yes. Generally our streams auto-post the VOD, then they're available to watch for two weeks after.
Except if the sensors pick up copyrighted audio. Twitch goes 'oh hon- we're just gonna... private these to protect us you.' And most of us are really good about avoiding this...

But the Sinclairs have been fronting, and have, once again, gotten our videos on no-no time-out zone by listening exclusively to 1950s/60s oldies whilst live.~
tl;dr: yes, but not currently. I'll go and re-enable them & any that weren't overly flagged in the last two weeks. Thank you for asking! I would have forgotten about it otherwise.
