finished the fist of blue sapphire. look i know its really easy to take what i say for granted given anything i like i either say it 'fucks' or 'goes hard' but. this movie DOES go hard (minus the last 20 minutes) i'm actually really baffled at how good it is. its also the first detco film to be directed by a woman and im pretty sure its still the highest grossing film in the series after 3 years. and like good for her this was well deserved!
but also like. a bit silly as usual lol

he did not commit a hit and run btw. it was not said explicitly but it was implied he was framed for a LOT of things he did not do
like. i cant even say its good ''for modern detco'' bc i think even older detco couldnt pull this movie off well. its just good
i cant even willingly hate it even if i wanted to. anyways gotta do some stuff urgently brb
the only con abt this film is the weird plot twist they force in. i still cant understand it. also the ending song sucks but thats abt it
