In the bottom half of the image, the farmer is entering Pierre's shop with a basket full of red apples. He has a large hickey on his neck, which is shown in a flashback to have been caused by Alex. Little chibi heads of Pierre and Abigail discuss.

Pierre: "Good morning, Mr. Mallory! Oh! Did a falling apple bruise your neck? It looks awful!"
Abigail: "Uh, dad... That's not a bruise."
Pierre: "Come on now, Abby! It's not as if apples bite!"

I am thinking about them a normal amount.. I only spent the last 2 months lovingly drawing this doodle page 🥴
