Alucard doesn't mind your shyness at all. It's quite different from what he's used to (Trevor and Sypha) who are very much not shy. He adores your shyness and doesn't think anything bad about it.
It's simple, to him, it's just your personality. He is a little shy himself, maybe from not socializing with people so much so, in a way he is glad you're also shy. He feels as though you can understand him better
He likes seeing you flustered, most people are but, with you it's different. He likes doing acts of service for you to see your smile. Bringing you your favorite flowers, bringing you books he thinks you might find interesting, stargazing outside with you, and the list goes on.

I'd think making eye contact with his beautiful eyes would make you very flustered, he knows the effect he has on you and isn't scared to show you. Alucard does sometimes tease you, in a cute way. He always gently laughs afterward, especially if at first you don't catch his jokes.
If you have a hard time opening up to people, he especially understands that. Alucard doesn't trust easily as we know so he was always patient with you from the start. He lets you come to him with anything whenever you're ready. Alucard loves you very much no matter how shy you are.
As time goes on and you open up to him a lot more, he always expresses and thanks you for letting him into your heart. You might even make him flustered if you start talking about how much you enjoy being around him.
