Me like, "I work hard because I feel like it. You piss me off, and I won't feel like it any more. Fuck you". You gotta convince me it needs doing, not just that you want it done, or I'm not doing it. If I feel it needs doing, then it needs doing well; and if I'm the only one doing something then it clearly isn't essential, so I'm not doing it.
