star trek data data star trek data tng commander data data soong data my beloved i have loved him ever since i saw that crying scene from generations and found out he has a cat and then i was like '':O i NEED to know more!!!!'' and then i found out he made an entire ODE POEM to his cat and i was like '':O!!!! I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!'' i always love a guy who has a cat we love a good cat dad in this galaxy :) i would fall asleep in this man's arms listening to him talk about the process of a supernova in length it'd be like a bedtime story i have always found data's voice to be really relaxing he always sounds so polite and gentle no wonder many child characters feel safe around him! he treats everyone with a certain respect and tenderness that- -makes them feel welcome and safe around him it's like that episode 'Pen Pals' with him pretty much being a dad to Sarjenka for an episode he's always so gentle and nurturing and reassuring to children it's so sweet slightly off topic but i almost cried at the part where Sarjenka picks up the singer stone and shows it to data- -and she asks him ''what does it sing for you?'' and data just says ''it does not sing for me.'' ''why not?'' ''because i am a machine.'' MY HEART......... i really liked pen pals it proposed quite an interesting conundrum and i really loved seeing data be a dad for an episode i love how he just has this fatherly desire to nurture an offspring of his own and raise them as his own it's so sweet i love him :) anyway yeah!! i'd love to hear data talk about cats or whatever he's interested in for like 3 hours!! that sounds really nice :)
