Not only are you making it look like a joke, but you’re also taking resources away from those who really have trauma. Victims already struggle enough with being believed. No, trauma doesn’t work like gender. Not only is gender a social construct, but it’s also related to someone’s internal sense of self. Trauma is related to a horrible event that someone had to go through. For many, they’re lucky to still be alive. And you (transtraumas) , people who have never gone through it, are trying to tell us that you wish you had gone through it?? That is exactly what proves that you don’t have trauma. But I do agree that having such thirst for attention does require therapy.
