Pizza and panic

For a person with severe anxiety, the worst thing in the world is a secret. There are enough "what ifs" top last several lifetimes ~secrets just exacerbate the gnawing stomach, trembling hands, and uncontrollable flow of tears. Most of the time we can ignore the pain of the horrific reality of mental illness. There really are some good days. But then to provide balance, there are the guilt ridden, panic stricken, days that reality just sucker punches you. The abuse is worse than any relationship because if you run, it runs faster. So listen to your music. Take your pills. Down a few more shots and try to sleep. And Don't worry... it will all still be here when you wake up.
