I wasn’t gonna post this one because I didn’t put any effort into one of the hands (you can tell which one) but then I got carried away… consider this a showcase of art style and colouring rather than of anatomy lol

Spent 8 hours trying out a new kind of colouring only to not like it…

Merganser’s character sheet.
A merganser is a type of duck,which I used as a name because he’s a “quack doctor”. He named himself that for that reason.
Dropped all my WIPs to lazily colour this sketch because I liked it so much <3 I think it’s his hair.
Fun fact: he is the first character I designed for Apotheosis: Aberrant, as he was my POV character in the dream the story is based off of.
Trivia Time!
1: “Chrysopoeia” is the term for turning other things into gold through alchemy. As the treasurer of the Court, “gold-maker” is an apt name
2: Her jewellery is alexandrite- her dress it green but she does get fire-powers and adopts a warmer colour scheme for combat, and alexandrite is blue-green in usual lighting but pink in incandescent light (such as fire)
