Arlong and Nami had a pretty good friendship.

Sharing similar intrests sometimes.

One of they things the loved was you.

Like a sister.

Arlong was quite ill-tempered, and didn't have sympathy for humans.

But when it came to you, just 'sympathy' was not enough.

Nami was not fond of pirates.

But when it came to you, just 'fond' was not enough.

Nami was the one who did most of the talking to you.

She was nice and sweet, so you didn't have to be scared of her.

Yet.

The both of them had formed some kind of alliance to keep you safe at all costs.

If you wanted money, Nami has it.

If you want protection, Arlong has it.

They started to become a little too overprotective.

Like following you, and making sure NO ONE except them dared to touch you. Not even the rest of the crew.

Especially Sanji and Luffy.

One day, a day on which you wished you were never born,

They kidnapped you.

You got too close with Luffy.

And they stole you.

Isolated you.

Whatever floats your boat.

They gaslighted you into thinking this is what siblings do.

They protect each other, and you got into danger.

But you wondered, is this really what siblings do?
