Before I defend Yu x Naoto, I'd like to hear you elaborate more on why you dont like it first.

Pretty sure I’ve already explained this but whatever. I hate Yu x Naoto because Naoto’s romance route forcibly feminizes her and frequently makes her uncomfortable. One of the dialogue choices that you absolutely have to choose to romance her is “I’m glad you’re a girl” which makes her incredibly uncomfortable because she was literally just opening up to you asking why she couldn’t have been born male. During her Christmas date she forces herself to wear a female Yasogami uniform for your sake and is clearly uncomfortable the entire time. Romancing Naoto requires the player to force her out of her comfort zone and into the box of femininity when it’s clear throughout the story that she prefers to still present androgynously. She doesn’t really stop binding her chest (except during the epilogue and DAN), she still wears the male uniform, she still keeps her hair short, and she still makes her voice deeper than it is. That means she still isn’t completely comfortable identifying as female and romancing her completely ignores that.
