“yunho he’s just an old friend,” you try to explain to him but with each passing second his grip on the steering wheel grew tighter. yunho had taken you to bar to celebrate your one year anniversary however during your visit you ran into an old school friend.

you know yunho has a tendency to be possessive or protective over you but tonight he had no self control. his blood boiled at the sight of you smiling and laughing with your friend and immediately dragged you out of the bar, completely forgetting about his and your plans for the night.

so now here you are in yunho’s car being driven home instead of celebrating your anniversary. “we went to that bar for ourselves, not for you to be going around and flirting with another guy.” yunho says sternly making you groan in annoyance.

you know he does not enjoy seeing you all happy with another man but tonight, it seemed as if he had no trust in you. “we’re just old classmates! we haven’t even talked in a year,” you try to reassure him that nothing went on between you and him although he seems to think that.

“and how do i know you haven’t slept with him?” he replies with a much louder volume then before making you flinch and that’s all it took for you to lose your calm demeanor. “so that’s what you think of me, yunho?” you yell right back at him your blood boiling now just as much. “stop the car.”

“wha-”

“yunho, i said stop the goddamn car-!” you yell even louder in which yunho stops the car abruptly. you get out immediately not sparing a second look at him and walking the other direction. you’d get home somehow. yunho doesn’t keep driving. instead he puts the car in park, gets out and starts to run after you. but you were already long gone.

the cold breeze hits you, making you shiver. that’s when you realize that you’d left your jacket in the backseat of yunho’s car. you sigh to yourself and continue walking because there’s no way you’re turning back to yunho to get your jacket. you tell yourself that you’d just buy yourself another one. you look at your phone, it was soon midnight and you were still in the city. you start to regret even getting out of the car, because at this rate it would take forever to return home.

then you’re stopped in your tracks by what seems to be a group of 3 men. “huh? uh, can i help you?” you ask quietly the cold making goosebumps appear on your skin. the men don’t respond but they just smile at you. “why are you out in the city so late? i can drive you home,” one of the men offers. “oh, that’s okay but i’m almost home, thanks for the offer though,” you politely decline hoping that they would go but they don’t. “let me walk you then,” another insists.

“oh, don’t worry.” you reply. “are you lost?” the third man asks you but you don’t answer this time. “(name)? are you okay?” yunho barges through the three men to hug you tightly but you don’t hug him back. the three men are flabbergasted to see him so they immediately scatter back to wherever the came from.

you push yunho off of you making him stumble backwards. “(name), please-” “no.” you shake your head at him, “if you can’t trust me, get someone else because this relationship is over.”
