Since Sonic was adopted by the Wachowskis I had Longclaw adopt the Babylon Rouges. As you can see, Sully is tall and just keeps growing. I think he was originally 5 ft...then 7...then 7.5 and currently he is 8 ft lol.

Okay my ONLY pet peeve regarding the fandom perception of the Babylon Rogues is the idea that "Wave is actually in charge, she just let's Jet THINK he's in charge" because while it's a funny and realistic concept it's not entirely true.

We've seen multiple instances of Jet actually being the leader. Sure he has a temper because he's literally a high school freshman but his leadership doesn't always consist of annoyingly bossing the other two around. Wave sometimes does things without telling/asking Jet, but she's her own person and doesn't need his permission for everything she does, even if it's for the benefit of the Rogues such as when she sabotaged Sonic's board, something she knew Jet wouldn't approve of since his honor is important to him.

However even though Wave seems like the obvious choice for a leader given her maturity and mechanical knowledge, Jet is more often than not the acting leader of the Babylon Rogues.

Okay My ONLY Pet Peeve Regarding The Fandom Perception Of The Babylon Rogues Is The Idea That "Wave Is

For example here, Jet is clearly being the leader in a good and competent way.

Here we see Jet's ego getting the better of him when making a decision as acting leader, but he in the end still makes the decision that is best for the Rogues, and although Wave and Storm both disagreed with Jet's hesitance, they were satisfied with his conclusion to help out.

Storm and Wave also follow Jet's lead during fights

Yes I'm aware I mostly used comic examples for this post but it appears in the games too. One of my favorite character moments was at the end of Zero Gravity where Wave asks Jet if he's okay with the fact that they all have to stay on Earth, to which he says that there's more for them on Earth anyway, which is obviously a sentiment he agrees with and something he knows that his teammates will like to hear.

Yeah the Rogues bicker because they're two young adults (emphasis on young) and a teenager who are thieves with no limits, but they also are a great team and very clearly friends, and a family

Wave: I made tea. Jet: I don’t want tea. Wave: I did not make tea for you. This is my tea. Jet: Then why are you telling me? Wave: It is a conversation starter. Jet: That’s a lousy conversation starter. Wave: Oh, is it? We are conversing. Checkmate.

Sonic Heroes vs Escape Rooms Headcanons

I can't believe I haven't done this yet. My fiancΓ© designs them, and is constantly talking about them. But somehow it just slipped my mind to think about Sonic and Friends doing them.

Since it would be unrealistic to consider them all going in at once (I think the largest escape room my fiancΓ© has ever built can hold 12 people, but typically it's 3-8 people in groups), I'm gonna look at each team separately and formulate headcanons about each team.

Team Sonic (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles)

Would they succeed? Yes. They'd get distracted and derailed here and there, but they would succeed.

Tails and Sonic would be the main driving force. Knuckles isn't dead weight, per se, but he's definitely the weakest link of the team.

He has his moments, though. Knuckles always catches details they both missed, or will connect some information together they didn't realize went together, and is quite frequently the one bailing them out when they get stuck.

Knuckles and Sonic always argue about asking for clues, to the point where Tails will just ask for one himself, then solve the puzzle they're stuck on while they're still bickering. πŸ˜‚

Team Rose (Amy, Cream, Big)

Would they succeed? Yes! They'd probably be the most cooperative and functional team.

Amy and Cream would utilize any sort of white board or table top space to neatly organize everything they found, and they'd write down codes as they find them, and cross them out as they use them. They'd be the perfectly organized team. 😍

You'd think Big would be dead weight, but he's not. He's wildly observant. If Amy and Cream get stuck, he'll comment about some detail they missed, and it's usually what they need to get going again.

Unlike Team Sonic, they have no hang ups about asking for clues if they get stuck. πŸ˜‚ Cream has even successfully gotten them extra clues sometimes by being really really cute when asking. πŸ₯Ί

They're also really good at "if you can't get a puzzle, hand it off to someone else to try", and everyone attempts everything they're stuck on.

It probably doesn't need to be said, but Big's really good at the puzzles where you get a pole or a string and have to fish an object out of a hole with it. πŸ˜‚

Team Dark (Shadow, Rouge, E123 Omega)

Would they succeed? No, Omega would either get them kicked out by destroying something, or Rouge would have to divide her attention between the game and keeping Omega (and occasionally Shadow) from destroying stuff and they wouldn't finish in time. πŸ˜‚

They'd also get too hung up on "No clues! We don't need them!" And never get anywhere. πŸ˜‚

Team Chaotix (Vector, Espio, Charmy)

Would they succeed? Yes. They'd be so stressful to watch (that poor game master. πŸ˜‚), but they would succeed.

Charmy's tiny, and constantly getting into stuff, so anytime a key or a hint was hidden under a desk or in a trash can or something he'd find it immediately.

Charmy would have no hang ups about any of the interactive elements, no matter how unpleasant. He'll wear the fake bomb that will "explode" if they lose the game, he'll dig into the nasty substances to look for stuff, let him at them!

He also puts on any clothes that are in the rooms as set decoration, like hats or coats. That's usually how they wind up finding anything hidden in the pockets. πŸ˜‚

Espio's really good at any puzzles that require a steady hand and good dexterity (ball mazes, snagging an object with a pole or string), so they just hand him those and 2 seconds later he's got the thing out of it.

I feel like they'd be the team that would be most likely to accidentally skip a whole chunk of the game because they just detectived their way into solving a puzzle early. πŸ˜‚

Vector and Espio would probably be really good at those puzzles where the puzzle itself is in one room, and what you need to solve it is in another, so someone has to yell the information across for someone else to put in. (They'd just have to keep a hand clamped over Charmy's mouth the entire time to stop him from shouting nonsense and confusing them.)

They'd also be good at the mazes where the person moving the object through it can't see what they're doing (Espio), and someone has to tell them where to go (Vector). Again, they have to keep Charmy quiet during this.

Vector is really good at those long paragraphs with codes hidden inside them, or the picture puzzles with information hidden inside them.

Their worst enemy is audio puzzles, because Vector and Charmy are so loud all the time. πŸ˜‚ They'd have to replay it about 6 times before Espio can finally figure out what's being said in it and pick out the important stuff.

Vector gets hung up on no clues sometimes, but Espio talks him down from that when they get really stuck.

Silver, Blaze, Marine

Would they succeed? Yes! They'd be the second most cooperative team after Team Rose.

Marine would be the same as Charmy, she'll find all the stuff hidden in weird places and she'll have no hang ups about unpleasant interactive elements.

Silver would actually be a good boi and not use his telekinesis on any maze puzzles or puzzles where you need a pole or a string to retrieve a key or something, as that would be cheating. πŸ˜‚

Silver and Blaze are just really good at bouncing a puzzle back and forth between them until they come to a conclusion. Combine that with Marine just bouncing around and trying out the other puzzles, and they'd fly through a room pretty quick.

Marine insists they can do it without clues, but Silver and Blaze always outvote her on that. πŸ˜‚

Babylon Rogues (Jet, Wave, Storm)

Would they succeed? No, they'd get kicked out for picking all the locks open (plus Wave would probably know some work around for any electronic locks in the rooms too, like mag locks and key pads) πŸ˜‚. Even if they did really try their best to be good, follow the rules, and not resort to lock picking when they get stuck, Jet and Storm would not be much help to poor Wave. πŸ˜‚

They'd also get too prideful about no clues. πŸ˜‚

Sonic, Shadow, Silver

Would they succeed? Absolutely not. πŸ˜‚ Sonic and Shadow would get too distracted by their rivalry to cooperate for two seconds. Silver would be able to accomplish some stuff by himself, but he'd eventually get roadblocked by either them being idiots or a puzzle he just personally doesn't get.

They'd also argue about asking for clues, except Silver wouldn't feel comfortable just asking for one without them like Tails does, so the game would halt. πŸ˜‚
