God has decided to humble me and therefore bless curse me with a herniated disc in my lower back

I cannot walk or bend over or even slightly tilt myself without getting the urge to swan dive off of something tall

I think I unintentionally give my mutuals gray hairs

Anyways my back got WORSE and I shall be gallivanting my way back to the doctor soon to have a test to see if it’s bad and needs surgery or some shit

This is y’all’s warning to not jump off of something 20 feet high and land in a lake face first
