I really wanted to draw something nice for Pride , and since I’ve been thinking a lot about Bea lately I ended up going for a little artwork featuring her and my NITW self insert ( her name is Sarah btw in case you wanted to know 👍 )

Yeah , since Sarah isn’t the best at standing up for herself , Bea is definitely very protective of her and won’t hesitate to take matters into her own hands !!

I really wanted to draw something with summer vibes , and since I haven’t made much for these two lately I thought I’d dedicate it to Bea and Sarah :D

This is the most characters I’ve ever put in a drawing all at once - I’m pretty happy with the result tho :,)👍

I also made a little list to add more info to each interaction , because I love flashing out my silly inserts ( it’s from top to bottom ) :

Angus and Sarah share the passion for technology and videogames , and they love discussing those topics with each other ! They get along well and are good friends :)

While they don’t interact too often , Sarah is happy to talk to Germ every now and then , and the two of them enjoy each other’s company 👍

Sarah and Jackie are very close , having been Bea’s closest friends since high school : the three girls like to hang out when they aren’t too busy , and they always have a wonderful time together :D

While she enjoys spending time with Gregg and Mae , Sarah often worries about their safety and ends up getting involved in their “crimes” to make sure that they’re okay … she has never been good at saying no ;C;

Sarah loves Bea with every fiber of her being , her only interest being making her happy and giving her hope for the future ://) ❤️ The feeling is very much mutual , and Bea is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her girlfriend safe ❣️

Since Sarah visits Bea’s home almost every day and she is always making sure to help around the house , she has interacted with Mr Santello several times , and needless to say he is very fond of her : since he deeply cares about his daughter despite not feeling at his best emotionally ever since his wife passed away , anyone who makes Bea happy is someone he appreciates :)

I adore the Fort Lucenne Mall scene that happens during Bea’s route : seeing her laugh and being happy is something that always brings me joy … she is so precious and I love her ://) ❤️

In the little fanon lore I created ? Well , I have actually been thinking about a few scenarios in my head and there is one that I really like … it’s a bit bittersweet though :

I imagine it happening during Bea and Sarah’s senior year of High School ( the two of them used to be friends since elementary school , and Sarah also knew Mae and was pretty close to her as well ) , the time when Bea’s mother unfortunately passed away …

To say that she was devastated by the news would be an understatement , and since her and Mae hadn’t been in touch in a long while the only people she talked to were her two friends Jackie and Sarah .

Sarah would visit her home and keep her company as much as she could every single day , and during an especially sad afternoon where the two of them were in the bedroom huddled together I imagined a dialogue between them that goes something like this :  

“I just got the news yesterday . You know Dad hasn’t … been able to work since Mom died , so we’ll probably need to sell this house in a few months and go live someplace else , more economic or something … he didn’t take it well .”

“I … I’m sorry Bea … maybe if I can do some extra work part time this week I could get more money to -“

“No .”

“But -“

“Sarah . You’ve already done way too much . It’s enough , really … you shouldn’t have been involved in this mess in the first place .”

“Bea , if I’m helping you it’s because I want to do it , not because I feel obligated to .

I care about you , and I wanna make sure that I can be there for you , especially when you need help .

You’re just … very important to me .”

I like to imagine that that’s the moment when Bea started to have feelings for Sarah , which was a lot for her to handle back then since she had never had a crush on a girl before … 

This interaction brought the two of them even closer , until they eventually confessed their feelings for each other and became official :D

Madoka Magica is my all time favorite anime , so it felt fitting to imagine Bea and Sarah dressing up as Homura and Madoka for some special occasion ^^

I’m so sorry it took me this long to answer ;-;

I’d say they happen relatively often , especially when Bea and Sarah feel tired after a long day of work ( I probably haven’t said this yet , but Sarah works as the cashier of the Clik Clak Diner to pay for her apartment’s expenses, while independently making music for videogames :D ) : 

they find comfort in each other’s presence , and Bea loves to hear Sarah talk about her day and what she has been working on ^^ 

Eventually they pass out in each other’s arms , the one place in which they both feel truly safe and loved ❤️

If Bea didn’t need to take care of her father she would definitely consider living with her , but she doesn’t really talk about that since it makes her feel like she’s being horribly selfish …

I always love to draw Bea and Sarah being soft with each other - imagining best crocodile girl feeling happy and loved is something that brings me so much joy ^//^ ❣️

I think of them as the kind of couple that find contentment in the simplest moments : all they need is each other <3

I really love comfort scenarios where my s/i character gets to reassure Bea when she’s feeling sad or worried about the relationship … plus it was an excuse to use one of my favorite songs ^^

One thing I really like to do sometimes is going to the park I have near my house with some nuts and offer them to the squirrels that live there : they’re cute little goobers and I love them a lot :,) ❣️

I thought it’d be fun to have my NITW self insert do the same thing , especially since Possum Springs canonically has squirrels living there :D

Since Bea is a crocodile and she is cold blooded , I imagine that winter is particularly difficult for her to get through , so Sarah always makes sure to help her out as much as she can : I found it a really cute concept to think about ://) 💕

Since Sarah works at the Clik Clak diner , Bea likes to surprise her by going there ( whenever she’s not too busy ) to keep her girlfriend company for as long as she can : they do miss each other quite a lot during the day :,//) 💕
