What if in Scream 2 Randy was also a killer?
Nancy and Mickey don't know that Randy is another ghostface and is protecting Sid instead. Sidney doesn't know either. He's like a secret ghostface, killing for a different reason. Kind of like that one fake ghostface that is killed off in the beginning of Scream 6.
I feel like that would be an interesting concept. Maybe like a bodyguard! AU. It gives off yandere vibes tbh.
Even more interesting if Mickey and Randy are dating or something and Randy has an internal conflict going on when he realizes Mickey is one of the killers.

“Stu! Why the hell are you taking so long?” Randy asks. He raises an eyebrow when he gets no response. He sighs as he gets up from the sofa and saunters down the hallway. He knocks on the bedroom door.
“You good in there?” He says before opening the door with a roll of his eyes. But…The sight makes him stop in his tracks. Tatum.
Tatum.
Oh god…Randy’s shudders in disgust as his hairs stand on ends, goosebumps raising on his body. Tears pool in his eyes as he covers his mouth. He felt bile build up in his throat.
Her face was unrecognizable. Her head was mush, her brain splattered across the ground. Randy could see bits and pieces of her skull in the mush of brain and clumps of hair. He just knew it was her. It was a nagging feeling in his gut that this was Tatum.
This was his sister.
