rajkumari - translates to the daughter of a king/ruler, a princess.
When a husband woke up from rest, would the first thing on his mind be his wife? Namjoon wondered this as his heavy eyelids were welcomed by the outside world. He usually woke up in an instant, but seemingly struggled at the moment. There was something missing in the room, an answer that his heart came up with before his mind could run the algorithms.
With a grip rougher than it should’ve been, he lifted the curtain between you two only to be greeted with your absence.
Such a sight shouldn’t be making him this anxious because this was your kingdom after all. You weren’t putting yourself into danger, nor were you obligated to stay by Namjoon no matter what. What was making him so tense? Making his heart race, his lungs contract, and his fingertips tremble?
Every fiber of Namjoon’s being pushed him out of bed. He barely knew this place which is why he didn’t know where to go, but it had to be somewhere. You couldn’t be too far, because the last time, when you were thousands of miles away, he had nearly driven himself insane while missing you.
As hurriedly as he wanted to execute everything, he couldn’t help but to slow down just a bit. Why was he moving so quickly when he was simultaneously in awe of everything around him? Did he need to chase after you? Could he leisurely wander the new land his eyes have never seen before?
A new kingdom, a new land, a new culture. These were your roots, after all.

Summary
When you’re an early career researcher who has just broken up with the love of your life, who is desperately trying to keep your lab afloat, and who is still embattled in a years-long feud with the hotshot professor down the hall for the only tenured spot that will make itself available at this top tier university in at least the next decade, you really don’t have any choice but to save the emotions for another time. But crazier things have happened in darkened hallways and behind closed office doors.
Excerpt
Neither of you stop until you’ve explored every corner of his office and start to notice the morning rays streaming in through the shades and making horizontal, thin, yellow lines. Both of you are on the floor, on your backs, bodies spent and aching, tired eyes staring up at the sunlit patterns on the old, cheap ceiling.
You can already hear your fellow faculty grumbling into their offices and some students chattering eagerly throughout the halls, all of them getting ready for another day of learning.
Namjoon checks his watch. “Guess we’re both canceling our 8 AM classes,” he whispers.
You laugh softly. “After that, I’m canceling my whole day.”
“Good. Me too, then.”
You turn your heads to look at each other.
Just over twenty-four hours ago, both of you were looking into each others’ eyes from across a conference room table, screaming that the other would shut up. Now, you realize that there are so many more questions to ask, and that you desperately want to find out each other’s answers.

You Are My Everything

Warnings : None ! SFW just some fluff , some angst but eventual happy ending.
Summary : A captain belonging to the South Korean Special Forces falls in love with a handsome surgeon. However, their relationship is short-lived as their professions keep them apart ..
Captain Kim Namjoon or Big Boss meets Dr. Seokjin when he's on a civilians chase , instantly falling in love.
Dr. Seokjin doesn't like the way Namjoon trips over nothing twice in the span of ten minutes , but he's cute and has long dimples that make him look like peace amd tranquility.
Soon , he gets to know that the gentle giant (looking like his dream man ) is the Captain of the Special Forces of South Korea .
They still exchange numbers and start going on dates. Namjoon likes walks in the park , sharing books after reading , looks like icarus in warm melted sunlight and laughs shyly everytime Seokjin touches his hand or cheek.
Everything feels like a dream , not because it's too good to be true but because Namjoon gets pulled out of their bubble too many times by his duty. Seokjin has only seen him talk about his job , and it has started to seep into his mind that maybe the laughter and warmth they share are a short respite of shadow and not a permanent shade like that of a tree.
As a doctor , Seokjin can only imagine lives being saved and never the opposite. He hopes that his partner would share his philosophy , and dream about world the same way he does - happy , healthy and serene.
But Namjoon's world is filled with strong military orders , some of which are followed without question and more often involve bullet holes than bandages.
Realising that the philosophy they want to share with each other is not compatible , Namjoon and Seokjin decide to break up.
Eight months after the breakup, Seokjin joins team of Medical Volunteers to Uruk , as a surgeon.
They land in Uruk and wait for the head of the program for recieving instructions. Uruk is hotter , so Jin removes his jacket and gets out of the tent.
Sudden noises fill up the air and dust roames over , then settles as a helicopter lands at a distsnce from the tent.
Everyone gathers around excited to see the aero vehicle , Seokijn however is still rooted to his place.
Getting out of helicopter is the same dimpled man who stole his heart , and he looks just as attractive when they parted..
