Cousin Biff

edit: I've been thinking about it, and this may be Cousin Johnny, Biff's brother.

I forgot I could renovate my villagers' homes on my island. Biff was one of my first villagers and I needed to give his house I full renovation. It wasn't home to me and lacked personality. I'm by no means an interior decorator but I enjoyed making this house.
