fun fact about me; i have chronic knee pain!

i’ve been trying to become a more consistent mobility aid user bc like, i have a cane, but my parents wouldn’t let me use it ever because “i don’t complain” (i stopped because they don’t care or just say “im sorry”) or “i don’t really need it” (atleast 3 days a week im in such bad pain that moving is a chore)

sometimes it feels like i’m faking being disabled even though my entire life i’ve been nothing but disabled. i dunno what to do abt it :p. i’ve also thought about forearm crutches since i cant really use two canes but that’ll be harder to convince my parents. if anyone reading this has any advice please share because i know that not using mobility aids is only hurting myself further.
