The skeleton tried teleporting as he usualy does, but he ended up almost dying in the proces.
His fragile body started dusting after taking that little shortcut of his, and he most likely would have if not the fact that his brother was there to help him.
Papyrus rushed over to Sans and started healing him, causing his body to take some damage as well, but the younger skeleton has more strenght than his brother, atleast physical one.
Both of them ended up with a few injuries that will forever remind them of that incident.
I bet it would be lowkey kinda terrifying for the other Vs if the power went out during the extermination, cause they wouldn’t know whether or not it’s from Vox panicking or being fucking dead
