Right, I’m just going to say it—Mineta is not as bad as people make him out to be. In fact, from what I’ve seen people don’t seem to hate Mineta, they just hate his character type.

this post exactly mirrors my feelings
I am greatly annoyed his main characteristic is being a pervert
and I wish Hori allowed his intelligence to shine through more often
but his antics are hardly worth the outlandish levels of hate when compared to other perverted characters
harassing or murdering people without conscent is perfectly fine
but touch an individual without conscent and you’re basically a godless maniac
that’s the logic in this fandom
I hope OP doesn’t get any backlash from this. they don’t deserve it at all.
