That was her outfit from the books (it also appears in cyan there at some point), and it was animated for the scrapped 2007 TinkerBell movie. Sil’s also in her scrapped 2007 look, you can tell because the dress is subtly different, her eyes are blue, and the animation style differs from the final movies.

but yes it is indeed beautiful and I wish they would have used it at least once in the movies I do like her current outfit too though this one's just much closer to Fira's and that's always a good thing
