Moans and groans fill the night sky, blunt nails scratch along the smooth surface of a car caught amidst a horde of infected. Screams from inside barely carry, they can barely be heard in the distance. But what's that in the distance? Is that [AARON TAYLOR JOHNSON]? No way, that's [ANDREW ROYCE]. The [THIRTY] year old [MALE (HE/HIM)] used to be a [GENERAL CONTRACTOR]. Since the outbreak, they've proven to be [HARD-WORKING] & [PATIENT], but rumor has it they're also [PARANOID] & [STUBBORN], which may pose a risk to the group. They appear to have taken the [WATCH / BUILDER] role within the group. Only time can tell if they succeed.

the generator might not be operational downstairs. it wasn't like they had much gasoline to pour into the thing, anyways. some people around the newsroom were talking, though. they wanted heat if the cold became unbearable. this meant that he'd be helping the group's electrician with checking the wiring before that happened. they weren't in a position to have electrical fires. something like that could cause them to evacuate the building and be left without somewhere to go.
drew was fairly optimistic about his new task when he noticed just who he'd be working with. the man was someone from his past. someone that he desperately tried forgetting about due to many reasons. the most memorable being the way mallory broke his heart. to be fair, it wasn't entirely the man's fault. it was one drunken hook-up that drew took too seriously during the weeks that followed. who could blame him, though? mallory was a god amongst men. he was gorgeous.
there's a moment of silence as drew just stared at the other man. mallory had his hands inside one of the fuse boxes on the floor. the electrical closet was somewhat of a mess but there seemed to be some progress. "i uh... thought i noticed you before. i guess we'll be working on this together?" drew nodded to the fuse box before leaning against the door frame of the small room. he wasn't happy about this. "is scarlet here? i didn't see her or tommy." an innocent question, just him playing nice.
