This is my MML OC - Chad Paul
(please do not judge strictly)
The bottom line is that this is Dakota's first time travel partner, and he knew him even before he met Cavendish.
Paul is 47 years old, he is about the same height as Milo (maybe a little taller, maybe a little shorter), he is German by nationality and comes from Drusselstein (from the same as Doofenshmirtz, coincidence?)
Paul is a rather shy person, often being self-deprecating and putting other people's problems ahead of his own (first his partner's problems, then his own!).
