Challenge 131: What I learned from the Pandemic: Slow Down

For this challenge I wanted to illustrate how this pandemic has really reinforced that I can’t be moving at 120% all the time. It’s important to just turn off and do something kind for myself every so often (even if it’s something as simple as painting my nails).
