Tagset Nomination for Change Gift Exchange 2024 is open!
You can choose the tags you want to use for your requests and offers (What are requests and offers?) in this ao3 form!
Change Gift Exchange 2024 Tagset
To nominate tags, click the 'Nominate' button at the top of the page.
You will then be taken to a form where you can nominate tags for fandom, characters, relationship, and freeform tags.
You may nominate a maximum of 6 fandoms, with up to 8 relationship tags and 10 character tags for each fandom. (There is no minimum limit, so feel free to pick as few tags as you wanna!)
Can't see the tags you wanna choose in the drop down list? That means it's not a canonical tag yet. Don't worry tho, just write the tags you want and hit submit, we'll add it as a tag for this exchange!
The nomination form will be open till 10th September, 6pm IST, so do hurry! We'll be waiting to see all the nominations!

Assignments Are Out!!
The assignments for the Change Gift Exchange Event have been sent to all creators. Check your ao3 inbox to see your assignment—from the multiple requests assigned, you have to fulfil only one.
(Though we won't mind if you want to create gift(s) for more than one request in your assignment, or for the other Requests in the collection! Just make sure to add Change Gift Exchange 2024 when you post those works so we can add you work(s) to the collection.)
Please pay attention to avoid any squicks/do not wants/hard limits that may be requested in your assignment. If there are prompts given in your chosen request, then you may create your work according to it, but it's not a necessity—it's up to you how you'll create your work!
Works are due on 3rd December, within 10pm IST.
Gift works will be revealed randomly 23rd December to 27th December, two works a day (we want every work to get love!), so clear your schedule, make a hot beverage of choice, and enjoy to your heart’s content :D
Didn’t manage to sign up as a creator?
You can still gift works to the participants from the Requests in the collection (make sure to add Change Gift Exchange 2024 as a collection when you post the work!) And cheer along and leave kudos and comments when works get revealed!
Wait, how/where will i find my assignment? :0
To see your assignment, go to your ao3 homepage/dashboard, and on the left side of the page (or on top of the page in mobile decvices). Clink on 'Assignments', and in the assignment page, click on 'Change Gift Exchange 2024' to see what requests have been assigned to you.
When you are ready to post your work, click on the fulfill button, which will take you to the Posting Work form. You can fill it up like usual, and then click post, and your work will be posted as a gift for the Exchange!
What's the default button, you ask? Well, if you for some reason find yourself unable to complete your assignment within 3rd December, 10pm IST, then you can use the default button to let us know that you will not be able to submit your work. We'd really prefer if no one defaults, but we know life gets in the way sometimes >.>
Also, if you are unable to submit your work within the allotted time, please contact us so we'll know you are not defaulting, and can manually extend the allotted time for you.
