The thought of Ayato and Thoma just....sharing a darling? Omg.

Like they both got their eyes on a new servant and they kinda just...maybe keep darling captive in the Kamisato estate...all to themselves. If one doesn't have darling with them then it's the other.

Thoma was the one who got you the job in the first place. It was meant to be temporary since one of the servants was on parental leave and they were in need of someone to fill the position. You had been searching for work, occasionally completing odd jobs and commissions here and there so that you could make just enough for a day’s meal. You never liked bringing your problems up with Thoma—even though the two of you were close friends and he made it clear that he’d do anything to help you—but it’s impossible to hide your issues from him any longer. When he offered to put in a good word for you in hopes that they might be interested in hiring you, you gave in and allowed him to vouch for you. Truthfully you weren’t expecting much, so you’re pleasantly surprised when Lord Kamisato himself has Thoma fetch you. 

And after a friendly discussion, Lord Kamisato decides right then and there that you’re worth hiring. It’s definitely a hasty decision (one that has you wondering whether he actually considered it), but you keep your mouth shut. A stable, well-paying job, though temporary, is something you’ve been needing for a while now. Thoma is assigned as your mentor of sorts. He shows you the ropes and tells you all you need to know about being a servant for the Kamisato Clan. The work isn’t difficult. Laborious, sure. But you can handle housework and catering to the whims of those above you. And Thoma’s there to provide a helping hand should you ever need his guidance! It’s a great arrangement.

Thoma has always liked you. From the moment he got a little closer to you through every interaction, he only adored you even more. And since he speaks so admirably of you, citing your trustworthiness and hardworking attitude, Ayato sees no reason to not hire you on the spot. You seem sweet enough and it’s obvious Thoma’s affections towards you are more than simple friendship. He’s thoroughly amused when he witnessed Thoma rush to your aid like a loyal hound, always ready to serve you as if you’re a Kamisato yourself. And since it’s entertaining, he doesn’t mind keeping you around.

Ayato didn’t intend to fall for you, but when he falls he falls hard. It develops in the same fashion a budding flower might grow, gradually at first before morphing into something unrestrained and twisted—thorny vines that wrap around his heart and constrict it. He starts to view you as less of an entertainment and more of a person worth pursuing. Perhaps he’ll choose to keep you employed here permanently. Not only will it please Thoma, but it will allow Ayato to get closer to you behind the scenes.

He works best in the shadows, after all, and since Thoma has always done good work he supposes sharing can be negotiated.

a smirk tugged at his lips as he listened to the other man. "i love an adventure, man," he agreed with a chuckle. he paused to think about the question before shrugging a bit. "i honestly have no idea what to expect. guess i kinda just agreed to it on a whim. what's the worst that could happen?" he replied before laughing again. "famous last word, right?"

"i don't really have any expectations, i don't think? just been through some shit recently so i thought i'd change it up and i'm heading down a path i never thought i would... again," he laughed. "i keep going down weird paths, but adventures, y'know?" he smiled, leaning back as he sat on the couch. "what about you? any expectations about being here?"

"right? yeah, don't know what I was expecting but this is better," he agreed, leaning against the railing. he hadn't really looked into what he was signing up for before he showed up here. "uh, didn't really put much thought into it really. just got out of a relationship. like to do new things, figured what the hell?" he answered, looking over. "what about you?"

"The view is amazing here." Louis stood outside on the balcony, taking in his surroundings. Part of him wasn't sure what he was doing here as it might not be the best idea to join a reality show with all the backlash he's been getting lately, but his management thought differently. They think that when people see the real Louis, they might ease up on him. And maybe his sisters kind of edged him on too. Noticing another presence nearby, he sighed softly. "What made you decide to join this experience?" Maybe it won't be so bad as this could be his little getaway, just a break from everything. @wildewoodstarters

looking up in surprise, he smiled back at her. "that's awfully nice of you... I can always eat," he replied, laughing. "and i ain't picky either so whatever you picked is probably great," he added, looking at the bag she handed over. "i owe ya one. what are some of your favorites?"

Margot lifted a bag of snacks she had just bought from the nearby convenience store and said, "I thought you might be hungry." she hands her fellow housemate a bag of treats. "I didnt really know what you like but it looks like you could use a break." She sweetly smiles. @wildewoodstarters

Rudy found himself sitting at the table, drumming his fingers against it as he stared off into space. he was lost in thought, wondering what had really brought him to this place. "a reality show? really?? what was I thinking?" he asked with a laugh of disbelief. "are we insane?" @wildewoodstarters

"that is a good point. gotta hope I won't need to hide away from people too many times, but it's good to know there is somewhere to go," he replied, shaking his head. "well that's what I'm hoping anyways. as long as the something new doesn't drive me too crazy." he looked back at the other man as he explained his own reasons for being here. "well, good for you. a lot of people just let everyone think what they want about them and not do a thing about it."

"it is. and the perfect hiding spot if you ever need some alone time. which we will all need at some point, i'm sure." louis chuckled as he was sure with so many people stuck in this house together, there were going to be moments where people would get annoyed and just don't want to be around one another. when you got different personalities, they're bound to clash. "sounds like a good enough reason. never a bad thing to try something new." shrugging, he wasn't 100% sure this was a good idea but he didn't want to let his management and his sisters down. "people around me told me this would be a good idea. to show people the real me, i guess. seems like people like to have a different image of me and they want me to show them i'm not who they think i am." louis might act like he doesn't care what people think about him but sometimes it does get in his head.

he grinned back at her, plucking a treat out of the bag and tossing it into his mouth. "will do. thanks again," he said. he raised his eyebrows in surprise as she mentioned outer banks. "yeah, that's me. rudy. nice to meet you! I'm glad you're enjoying it. it's been a blast to be a part of," he replied. "I, of course, know who you are. really liked the barbie movie," he added with a chuckle.

"I've picked some popular items that many people enjoy, so feel free to help yourself." She says with a cheerful expression. "Oh, don't fret about it. Just pass on the kindness to someone else in the future. I simply wanted to do something nice." she says warmly. "Your from that show Outer Banks right? I just started watching the show the other day. It's really good so far."

he didn't hear her at first, but smiled softly as he turned to see it was Madison sitting next to him. "well, at least I'm not alone then," he said, letting out a quiet laugh. he welcomed the hug, letting his own arms wrap around her as well. "I know you will be. we both know I'm the one who's gonna wind up in trouble," he joked.

Maddie walked into the kitchen, seeing Rudy sitting there. "Ru?" She asked softly, not expecting to see him. She can see that he was lost in thought, before sitting down next to him. "If you're insane, I am insane too." She said with a slight laugh and wrapping her arms around her friend. "It's okay. We're going to be okay..." She assured him.

the words were out of his mouth before he really stopped to think about it. looking up, he felt like he should apologize but couldn't help but laugh at her response. "I guess you're right with that one," he agreed, sitting back in his chair. "well, I just might take you up on that offer, so thanks." he smirked as the bowl was placed in front of him and shrugged. "might as well."

"A little but are not the best people insane already?" responds to his question with a chuckle. "If you ever feel overwhelmed in any situation with the cameras, all you gotta do is close your eyes and take a deep breath. If that's not your thing, you can always call and text me and I'll come to your rescue." She then grabs an empty bowl and places it across from him, she offers a box of fruit loops and sweetly asks, "Would you like some?"

rudy barely shared anything about his actual life on social media and now he had signed up to be filmed constantly. guess he was just panicking about how much people would be seeing. "yeah, guess I'll get used to it," he said, not fully convinced of it but he might get there. he chuckled as the other man diverted the conversation to food, he appreciated not having to dwell on his concerns. "yeah, I did check it out. and as much of a cliche as it is, I am always down for pizza. what about you?"

" You say that like it's a bad thing, " Andrew teased the younger mal. , " Nothing wrong with trying new things, they can be scary at first, but you've got this man. " he meant that; once they all got use to it, things were going to feel better and less nervous--- the nerves well they were normal in every situations but temporary. " you've seen the fridge yet? it's stocked -- food pretty much solves everything. what's your favorite meal?"

rudy rubbed his hands over his face, shaking his head with a laugh. "at least I'm not wrong then," he joked. that seemed to be the popular question around the place. and fair enough, especially when he was already sitting around questioning the decision. "I honestly didn't think about it that much. the opportunity came up and figured it could be a laugh. what about you?" he asked.

He wasn't sure if he was supposed to answer that - no, he knew the other wasn't talking to him. Sebastian hasn't been here longer than a couple hours and already he's run into a couple people second guessing their choice in coming onto the show. "Maybe a little." He answered anyways, a small smile on atop his lips in reply. "What made you decide to come on in the first place?"

he chuckled, shaking his head. "my instinct to do things before really stopping to think about it is very strong. but it's gotten me this far so it can't be too bad." he crossed his arms across his chest, leaning against the wall. "I know, not sure I'll be able to keep up with everything, to be honest. guess I'll give it my best shot though," he replied. "I'm Rudy, by the way. nice to meet you!"

"well now that you said that," Tom laughed, shaking his head. "I kinda did the same. My agent was like do you wanna do a thing while you guys are on break from touring and said hell to the yeah and so here I am," he shrugged. "I heard there's all kinds of cool shit for us to do so I'm kinda looking forward to that... Sometimes I look at shit going on and I'm like how the fuck is this my life?" He laughed.

he smiled back at the woman, letting a chuckle fall from his lips. "yeah, I know that feeling," he agreed. his eyebrows raised slightly at her next statement. "oh wow. how old is he?" he asked.

''just slightly. i think if you ask anyone who knows me they'd agree..'' Jennifer laughed with a shake of her head. When she was given the idea of the show from her agent she hesitated. ''what did we get ourselves into? i mean i even brought my son.''

"are you? should I be running away now?" he chuckled, looking up at the man. he listened to the other man. he recognized him but hadn't heard about the negative publicity he had gone through. "those are all pretty good reasons... I don't really have a reason for why I'm here. I kinda just said yes," he said, laughing again.

"well, like, i dunno about you, but i'm definitely fucking insane, dude," pete laughed. "hoping to redeem myself from uh... a lot of negative publicity? in the past," he laughed. "but i've also like changed so much over the last few years and i kinda wanna show people that, i guess. plus, the bigger reason is just that i didn't wanna be alone since we just got back from tour...." he shrugged with a chuckle.

"well, with both of you looking out for me, where could I go wrong? even if trouble is my middle name," he laughed. he sat back in the chair, ensuring to turn slightly to be facing her. "so I just agreed to something without thinking it through. what brought you here?" he asked.

Madison gave Rudy a kind smile, hearing his quiet laugh and feeling his arms wrap around her. She pulled away to look at her friend. "You will be fine too. Just stay out of trouble, Pankow." She said to him. "Madelyn and I will make sure that you stay out of trouble." She assured him.

"I've looked around a bit, but I'm sure I'm missing a ton of it. this place is crazy," he chuckled. smiling, he ran his hand through his hair as he tried to decide on a fave character. "you know, I was pretty fond of Allan. he knew what he was about," he answered with a smirk. "how about you? stereotypical barbie?"

Margot responds with a sweet tone, saying, "You're welcome anytime." She then adds, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Rudy. Have you had the chance to explore the manor much?" Rudy's remark about knowing her through Barbie brings a smile to her face, and she chuckles, saying, "I'm glad you liked the movie. It was such a joy to work on and bring to life. I'm curious, who was your favorite character? I'm interested to know who resonated with people the most."

"well that works for me, cause I'm usually wrong, so..." he said with a chuckle. he took the bowl before sitting back in his chair to look at her. "I'm sorry. of course there's a wrong answer here because who in the world pours the milk first?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"You'll soon realize that I'm always right," she quips with a smile. "Great choice with the Fruit Loops, by the way. They're the best cereal in the world," she adds, chuckling as she serves him a bowl. "Now, let's get serious. Do you pour your cereal or milk first?" she asks, eyeing him curiously. "And yes, there is a right and wrong answer here." she laughs.

he pursed his lips as he nodded, listening to the other man's similar tale of how he ended up here. "as long as it doesn't end up like the jersey shore or something, should be fun," he laughed. "oh yeah, hey! nice to meet you too. I'm Rudy. and I swear I don't talk to myself most of the time..." he said, knowing that he had just walked in while Rudy was having his existential crisis.

The male leans against a countertop as hues stay on the other, nodding along to show he was listening. "That's a pretty good reason." He gave him that with a laugh. "Pretty much the same. Kind of." He shrugs a bit, "My team was talking about it and I suggested the idea of me joining - adding something else to my repertoire. I've done a lot of things, but not reality tv - until now at least." It could be fun, and Sebastian was always in the market for some fun. "It's nice to meet you, by the way. I'm Sebastian."

"right back at ya," he said, winking at her. listening to her response, he nodded along. "this seems like a change of pace, that's for damn sure," he replied, leaning forward again. "so... how long before we see some sort of screaming match, you think?" he asked in a whisper, a smirk tugging at his lips.

Madison laughed softly. "Hey, you know Madelyn and I will do anything for you and we have your back." She promised as she looked at Rudy. Listening to the reason that he came, she then gave him her response. "I wanted a change of pace, thought that joining this show would be the right move."

he burst out in a grin as she laughed. "agreed! complete monster!" he laughed. he furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head as she explained the reasoning. "no. not a good enough reason. how much time are you spending between pouring milk and eating it that it's getting more soggy that way, really?" he questioned. he waited for her to finish speaking before feigning surprise. "who me? cute? naaah, couldn't be," he replied with a smirk. "it's nice to meet you, Hailee."

"An absolute monster. Seriously," Hailee exclaims, bursting into laughter. "My friend actually does it, and every time she does, I can't help but give her the weirdest look. She claims it's better because your cereal doesn't turn into a soggy mess too quickly. But come on, if you leave the cereal out for too long, it's bound to get soggy anyway," the brunette adds, chuckling. "Sorry for the random tangent, but I'm just a naturally curious person, you know?" She giggles. "Oh, where are my manners? Hi, I'm Hailee. It's a pleasure to meet you. By the way, I'm a huge fan, and you look even cuter in person. Okay, I'll stop now."
