Steve Rogers x Reader
summary: Y/N is a young Avenger who battles along the others side when facing Loki. When Tony goes into the void, Y/N goes to save him. What happens if she comes out?

A/N: Steve Rogers is not my favorite character but, i know many of you enjoy Steve so. Hope you like and enjoy!
You were apart of the first set of Avengers. Your powers made you a necessity to the team, but since you were younger than most on the team they were very protective of you and didn't let you go on many missions.
Then Loki attacked New York and every Avenger, including you, had to fight.
When you arrived chaos was everywhere buildings destroyed, cars turned over, people running, and alien looking creatures attacking.
You gulped down your fear and started fighting along side the others. Eventually everyone was back together in the middle of New York.
Steve chose to stay by your side. He never let you out of his sight, always there when you were losing a fight or when you were down in battle.
Everyone continued fighting together until a Tony/Iron Man brought a giant flying creature in the sky.
That's when everyone split up again leaving just you and Steve fighting side by side.
Suddenly a blinking light flashed on your screen, alerting Steve as well. Both of you looked up and saw a nuke heading straight towards the city.
You looked back at Steve who was already looking at you. You knew what you had to do. He knew too, pulling you into a hug he whispered in your ear:
"Come back to me, okay?" You broke the hug and nodded your head, not trusting your words.
He nodded his head in return. You lifted off the ground, heading towards the weapon that would soon knock into New York.
Reaching the nukes you grabbed it with super strength and turning it around to the black hole in the sky. You knew it was risky, but you had to do. With one last look at New York, you entered.
It was cold in there. You felt like you were floating off. Apparently you were because the nuke was floating by itself and all your machinery was off, most likely offline.
The nuke was heading towards the point where it needed to explode. Meanwhile you were drifting as well, losing hope you started closing your eyes.
Until a voice filled. Get up it said and never give up!
Your eyes opened almost immediately at the sound of his voice.

You were falling. It was peaceful feeling the air around you. It was nice fallin- OH WAIT YOU WERE FALLING!
Your panic set in as you saw New York getting bigger and bigger. There was explosion from the sky making you fall faster. OH GOD OH GOD!
Closing you eyes you felt something pick you up. You opened your eyes to see the big green hulk himself attached to a building with you in his arm.
He let go of you on the ground letting you collapse into the arms of Steve.
He placed you gently on the floor looking down at you. "You did it, Y/N, you saved the day."He whispered. You smiled up at him, he started to lean forward. You finished it by leaning in too meeting him halfway.
His lips met yours, they were gentle yet rough and kinda wet. After a second or so you both pulled away looking into each others eyes.
You were about to go for another one when a cough interjected. It was Tony.
"Okay lovebirds that's enough." Everyone was walking away while Steve picked you up in his arms. "We should get Shwarma's" You heard Tony say as you gave Steve a quick peck on the cheek.
