this happened to me the other day too!! i don’t understand it — request whatever you like but maybe wait??? like wait to see if who’ve you’ve asked writes the ask??? and then maybe ask another writer? it’s just a tad frustrating :/

I think there’s a difference between something being inspired by and directly ripping off a layout/idea that someone else has made. Did you at least speak to her before hand? She’s had massive issues in the past with people stealing her gifs, her fics, etc.
