Got hired on as a non-medical companion/sitter caregiver for over-night work. I’ve worked as a CNA before however I haven’t in a few years and while I would usually have multiple clients, this job I’m focused on just one person. What are some tips of things I can do throughout my 12 hour shift? I’m unsure if he’ll be asleep for most of it or one of those who are constantly awake.

And stuff for me to keep awake etc. (Caffeine/Coffee makes me sleepy) or stuff to do when he is asleep?
