How you met

You met him after you were out for a stroll around st. georgesholm. You had just woken up and decided to head to your favorite spot, the clifs. You always enjoyed the view of the shimmering ocean. You wished that you could someday sail away from this place. You were too caught up in the magnificent view that you failed to notice the growing foot steps coming near you. "Lovely day for it" constable Jennings said. "Oh, hello constable" you said, suprised by the tall, handsome constable. "Mind if i join you" he asked as he began to sit down next to you. "Of course, constable..."you said waiting for his name. "The name's Jennings, Adam Jennings" he replied, sticking his hand out for you to shake it. You shook his hand and replied with "nice to met you constable Jennings, im y/n" "my, what a beautiful name for such a beautiful woman" he said. You and jennings sat there on the cliff and talked about each others lifed and the gossip going around Wellington wells. Before you know it, it was already past curfew. "Well, miss y/n, i believe that it is curfew now" he said looking towards you. "I believe it is time for me to go then, constable Jennings" you said as he got up and helped you get up. "Well, i cant have you walking these streets alone, right now, so i guess I'll have to escort you to your home, if i can? He asked as he offered you his hand. You gladly took it and immediately noticed the size difference between the two. He then lifted your hand up to his lips and planted a soft kiss onto your palm. Shall we be on our way?, he asked. We shall you replied. You two started walking to your house, minding the other bobbies on night patrol. Pretty soon you reached your home. "I must thank you for walking me home, constable" you said as you two stoped in front of your front door. "Oh, its no problem, miss y/n" he said, grinning at you. "Well, i should be on my way, gotta do my night shift tonight" he said. "Ok well once again thank you constable" You said as you leaned up to kiss his cheek. He was very surprised and speechless. Then he suddenly said," its really no problem, beautifull" you then began to open your door and said "maybe I'll see you again" "Maybe you will" he said shooting you a charming smile with his bright blue eyes. "Well, have a wonderful night my love" he said, and with a tilt of his hat, he was walking off. "You too" you whispered, as you went inside your house, closed the door and went too sleep with ease.
