my first con!

me and my friend are going to a convention this weekend for the first time. so excited! she's also participating in the cosplay contest! however, do the congoers of tumblr have any good tips or advice for first-timers?

I have two favorite categories of cosplay videos and I feel like not enough people appreciate them as much as they should.

1.) Cosplayer and Scary Dog Privilege: Literally so cute every time and some of the combinations are really funny.

2.) "Shake My Hand In Character": People will go all out for this one and it makes me chuckle at how well people can imitate some characters' behavior.
