Dragon Origins (Part 2)
"So let me get this straight, I'm supposed to be going to some snowy ass place, live there, and rule over it?!" KNG9, frustrated, repeats after Gem hastily explains it to her. "Well that is the general idea yes.." Gem says a bit guiltily, dipping a bit lower whilst floating in the air. KNG9 can't stand this, she doesn't want to be somewhere unknown which is snowy, or rule like some sort of dictator, she wants to be seen as a normal person for crying out loud! Even if she is part dragon...Without thinking, she rushes to where she remembers the controls to the ship being, Gem floating after her, trying to catch her before KNG9 gets the chance, but is too late.....KNG9 already had her hands frantically across the controls, changing the destination of her supposed landing. "W-what are you doing?! Do you have any idea how dangerous that is?!! WE COULD CRASH!!" Gem sputters out but due to having no arms not really able to stop her, only having a small amount of power, and not enough to even do something to prevent her even the smallest bit....KNG9 quickly scans over all the options of possible destinations with her eyes, one lingering to her interests.. The Showgrounds, warm, empty, peaceful, and no damn things she needs to stress over about, a place where she doesn't have to worry about royalty or responsibility......She sets the destination, Gem sinking even more in disbelief and worry, yes this could go wrong but how could they stop her?.... They couldn't is the simple answer.... It's HER life.

After a bit of a stressful arrival to the showgrounds for Gem, they somehow land safely despite KNG9s rapid scrambling over the ship controls, The Floating Palace being large to an impressive extent as well as overly decorated for a space-like ship. KNG9 took one final, almost lazy look over it and turned to the grassy area in front of her "S-so...The Showgrounds! hehe..." Gem says trying to gather their bearings, then quickly says to carry on their job as guide "This place is home to quite a lot of people! Mainly the so-called 'SMG4 crew'!" KNG9 looks around a bit, admiring the impressive, wide land then suddenly says, pointing to a person far away in a brightly coloured outfit and long thin..tail? With a warning/ danger sign???..."And who's that then?" "Uh well, first of all I'm not a Pokédex i'm a guide" Gem responds in a bit of a sassy tone "Yeah I know, I didn't need reminding Sherlock" KNG9 sarcastically scoffs back, to which Gem ignores and continues on "Secondly, I'm not sure, I'm only set with the information about the area, not the specific people that live in it" KNG9 hums in understanding, even if the jewel was annoyingly right. For some reason, without thinking, KNG9 walks towards the silhouette, feeling a sense of being drawn to them...like an unknown sense of warmth, not from the sun...but from the unknown person, even if it was a bit strange....."Excuse me" She says, announcing her presence to the other in front of her once she gets to them, making the other jump a bit before they turn around. ????: "Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't see you there! I haven't seen you before, have you just showed up?" The stranger asks in a slightly shy but welcoming tone..huh? Wasn't this person freaked out by her? She was a damn DRAGON!! And the other seemed....polite, almost..magnetic in a strange unknown way, hm..it's most likely nothing, probably just having human interaction after so long. She replies in a calm tone "Yeah, I only just showed up, I'm KNG9 by the way" The stranger smiles and introduces herself "Nice to meet you! I'm CSD!! I'm sure you will be quite comfortable here!" Then the now known CSD says excitedly "OH CAN I GIVE YOU A TOUR?!?" KNG9 slightly is taken back from the question, hearing Gem in the distance as they take care of the ship so it doesn't go anywhere else shouting a slightly echoed "HEY THAT'S MY JOB!!" And at this, to slightly annoy her companion and get back at their sass, says with a slight mischievous smirk, and for no other reason at all *;)* "Sure, go ahead"

For some reason I had a glitch with KNG9 where it wouldn't let me change her facial expression so lets just pretend she's acting cool like always but on the inside is screaming with gayness ;w;

"Interview - Wilhelmine Klemm" und "CSD" würden mich interessieren 😊
Es ist lustig, dass du nach der Geschichte zum CSD fragst! Aber fangen wir von vorne an: So genau kann ich mich schon gar nicht mehr daran erinnern (und das bisschen, was ich schon dazu geschrieben habe, gibt leider auch nicht viel her), aber ich glaube, dass es in der Geschichte darum gehen sollte, wie Thiel und Boerne zusammen auf den CSD gehen. Irgendwo in meiner Erinnerung hatte es auch was damit zu tun, wie sie überhaupt zusammenkommen (das sind sie nämlich am Anfang der Fanfiction noch nicht). Jedenfalls ist die Geschichte nicht rechtzeitig zum CSD fertig geworden und dann – und daran erinnere ich mich noch ziemlich deutlich – hast du nämlich eine Geschichte zum CSD geschrieben. Das fand ich einen so lustigen Zufall, dass wir da anscheinend beide im selben Jahr eine sehr ähnliche Idee hatten! Und ich fand deine Geschichte dazu so gelungen, dass ich erst mal nicht mehr das Bedürfnis hatte, eine eigene CSD-Fanfiction zu schreiben. Na ja, und jetzt sind über vier Jahre vergangen und ich weiß schon gar nicht mehr genau, was die Geschichte mal werden sollte :D Mir gefällt der Anfang, aber er ist noch etwas nichtssagend. Wahrscheinlich werde ich mir einfach den ein oder anderen Abschnitt mal in einer neuen Geschichte zunutze machen.
Zu dem Interview: Ich hatte mir mal überlegt, wie es wohl wäre, wenn eine Wochen- oder Tageszeitung aus Münster ein Porträt zu Thiel als Hauptkommissar schreiben würde und im Zuge dessen Interviews mit Kolleg*innen, Verwandten und Freund*innen führen würde. Die Idee der Fanfiction war es also, fiktive Interviews mit Herbert, Klemm, Nadeshda und Boerne aufzuschreiben, die sich grundlegend um Thiel drehen – seine Arbeit, seine Persönlichkeit und so weiter –, aber auch ein Bild der Menschen zeichnen, die ihm nahestehen. Dann würde mit jeder "Zeitungsausgabe" ein Interview veröffentlicht werden und zum Schluss eben noch mal was mit Thiel selbst. So weit jedenfalls meine, äh, Vision. Tatsächlich habe ich das erste Interview mit Herbert schon 2016 fertig geschrieben, dann mit Frau Klemm angefangen und irgendwie nicht mehr weitergemacht (deswegen liegt es auch noch in meinem WIP-Ordner). Aber vergessen habe ich die Idee nie und es ist immer noch der Plan, das eines Tages mal zu Ende zu schreiben. Vor allem jetzt, wo ich das Interview mit Herbert noch mal gelesen habe und an der ein oder anderen Stelle selbst grinsen musste :D

today I met a kid who has been smoking since he was 11... I am not sure what to think... Like, he still isn't legally allowed to smoke. I did mention that it's absolutely terrible for his health but I don't think I have the right to say anything more? Should I have? (He is still under 16)
went to pride for the first time today (in germany the parades are in july). and you know, i didn’t have any expectations and didn’t think much of it but fuck i did not expect to almost cry.
just seeing the amount of queer people that live in my city, the amount of love and laughter and beauty -- i don’t know, it just broke something in me, shit.
looking around and seeing older gays, just the thought of ever making it to that made me super fucking emotional. i’d never thought much of pride, and i had always thought that it wasn’t a big deal and you know, i didn’t grow up in a homophobic home nor was i a social outcast for being gay but still just the acceptance i found there, just the warm smiles, the laughter, talking to older queer people and meeting people my own age and younger, people who have it all figured out and people who are just starting their journey -- learning about queer history in my area and donating to the local aids help...
it, for the first time in my life, made me feel proud. made me feel like there was something to be proud of. and whilst i had never been lonely, it was great to find out, that no matter what, i am not alone.
Second time in public for me, and first time with my boyfriend and @puprufus. A great day *wruff*
