Cw Infection - Tumblr Posts

Can someone help me out here?? I'm trying to figure out why this happens. I keep picking no matter how much it hurts or bleeds. I can't stop once I've started, idk what it is. But now I can hardly walk because I picked the callous on my heel so deep in bled and it hurts to put pressure on it. I'm trying to figure out what makes me do this. It's my fingers too, it's ingrown hairs, it's my arms, thighs, chest. I don't know what the fuck ?? What do I do?? I almost always have an Infection SOMEWHERE because of it, and if I don't then I'm bound to get one.
