Made fried breadsticks today as a snack and decided to share the recipe if anyone wants it.
Ingredients

One loaf of old/stale bread
Ginger and sesame sauce
Hot sauce
Spices - garlic powder/salt/pepper
Pan with oil

Cut up the bread into small thin sticks then Place it into a plastic bag and coat it in ginger and sesame sauce (Add in half a teaspoon of hot sauce if wanted) and place it into the fridge for 1 hour or at the very least 5 minutes if you're impatient like me.
Then fry in oil while adding seasoning, you can also cook some onions and veggies with the bread or leftover meat.
Take off the pan once it's your desired crispiness, eat bread as a snack (can dip it into hummus)
