52 years old, Lieutenant General, mathematician and mechanical engineer. Strong strategist by nature, domineering and controlling. A tyrant.

He sexually assaulted Lina in an impulsive outburst to keep her, and seeks to restore the world order the Patriots exposed.

But for some reason, Carr is fixated on the history and work of the Emmerich family… for reasons we still don't know…

As Lina already got that two question, I will give them to Daniel Carr, the main antagonist of TEC. SPOILERS AHEAD!

Is there someone your OC didn’t like at first, but then got along with later?

Armstrong. They used to have problems because their different perspectives, but later on, they realized that their convictions and belief where similar, so they work together but for their own goals.

Did your OC bear witness to anyone’s full character arc?

Yeah but here is another, big spoiler: besides Lina's one... He meet Huey after DD. I will not give more details to not giving a full Spoiler.
