the way things go by beabadoobee always makes me think of Ace Attorney; specifically because of the numerous complex bonds between the characters, which I believe some of the lyrics line up with.

For example:

“Didn’t think you’d ever stoop so low” - this lyric often makes me think of Klavier Gavin concerning Kristoph Gavin and Daryan Crescend - both of them being two of the closest people to him in his life, both of them ultimately being murderers.

“Can't remember how to say your name Let alone count all the freckles on your face A distant memory I used to know” - this section reminds me of Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth which I believe to be pretty self explanatory - especially as one of Phoenix’s main motives of becoming a lawyer is to find out why Miles changed so much from the boy he used to know.

“And there’s so much left to say” - reminds me of Mia Fey and Diego Armando/Godot - by the time Mia had been murdered, Godot was still in a coma; eventually waking up only to find that no one was waiting for him anymore, that he had lost one of the closest people to him.

There’s numerous other parts in the lyrics that remind me of characters and relationships etc, but those are just a few points.

ages ago i got that aa4 4koma anthology that never got translated to english...well, there was someone doing translations of them a while ago, but they didn't finish? i don't think? 'cause ive never seen these DARYAN COMICS translated before!!!!

I've been making a collection of aa4 lines that make me lose my entire mind
