To answer the question then, yes. Probably. Yeah
That is to say, I mostly consider those I recognize and have at least somewhat communicated with in the HTB fandom a sort of un-contracted mutual/friend. Any one of those people send me a funny ask, picture, request, anything, and I'll get that done, responded to, or reposted with the biggest grin and hell in my eyes <3
All of them are our meme providers, though, thats for sure

sorry if thats weird to anyone
its hard to tell for us whether or not people are friends or acquaintances-
so we just assign anyone we've had a good handful of mutual interactions or conversations with a friend
though the term friend for us usually just means a person we like to talk and hang out with- dont know if thats different for others
