I created him half asleep and love him, hes got a blacklight effect as his skin, but it is usually hidden unless hes angry, flustered or in the darkworld:

Hes as stated 16' 4" tall, and is a giant plush, hes a lightner who works in the library, loves the darkworld due to its magic(very magic sensitive) hes got a huge gender envy on swatch(who doesnt? The bird is gender)

Hes pretty chill despite lookin like he'll rob you at 3am

Very physically affectionate though

His eyes work sorta like cat eyes but reversed, so whenever a cats got small pupils hes got big ones and vice versa

Hes got a long tail that isnt easily seen though in this

The patterns on his glowy appearance shift like water so they never look the same each time you see him
